Adult Day Care offered by The Lutheran Home offers professional day services to ambulatory older adults who require minimal supervision and is an integral part of The Lutheran Home’s continuum of care.  Available from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, the program is designed to assist family or friends who are responsible for the well-being of the individual by providing that individual with alternative day-time care. 

Adult Day Care benefits the participant by fostering peer interaction and by promoting, restoring, and maintaining his or her maximum level of independence and functionality for as long as possible.  Participants benefit from a wide variety of educational and recreational activities in a safe and comfortable social setting.

Adult Day Care benefits the participant’s family by giving them the flexibility they need to attend to their daily business while providing the peace of mind that comes from knowing that their loved ones are remaining active and involved while in our safe and caring environment.
