Home Health Services
Home Health services provided by The Lutheran Home are designed for individuals living in their own home who need medically necessary care. Patients often improve greatly after an illness or injury if they receive medical care in their own home.
Our goal is to provide quality care in our patients' homes, enabling them to receive medical care there instead of having to leave their home to receive those services.
