Testimonials
James Pierce came to Providence Place after having 2 strokes and was struggling with dizziness, bad balance, and forgetfulness. After working with our staff James has been able to get his strength back, get his medications sorted out and regain his balance.
James told us, " The best thing about my experience was the professional treatment I received, the good knowledge of my therapist, and the kindness of everyone." We are proud to tell you that James has recovered and is able to go home and return to his normal lifestyle. Way to go James and thank you for your kind words. Best wishes! |
They say, "Home is where the heart is." That is so true for Martha Riggins. Martha had always been very independent and was able to care for herself. After some extreme weakness and few falls it was apparent that Martha needed some help to maintain her independence. The Providence Place staff and therapists worked hard with Martha and she returned the favor by working hard herself. Now Martha is back home and independent again. Martha said, " The staff was so nice and caring, making my stay pleasant." Love to hear that Martha. Best wishes to you. |
What a celebration for Penny Upchurch. Penny had fractured her wrist and was unable to bear weight on that arm. She was very confused when she arrived and wasn't clear on why she was at Providence Place. Each day Penny got stronger with Physical Therapy and became stronger and regained her clarity. "I enjoyed the staff and received great care and overall had a good experience." Penny said. Now Penny is back home and caring for herself. Way to Go Penny. We will miss you, but know you are happy to be back home.

Carolina Daniels had a fall at home resulting in a fractured hip. She came to Providence Place for strengthening after hip surgery at the hospital. Carolina is now back at home safe and sound and told us this. " The interaction with the therapy staff was great. They were all so helpful and genuinely cared. The hardest part about this whole issue was leaving my pets and home." Glad you are home now Carolina. We miss you but know you are happy to be home.

Donald Hanebrink came to us at Providence Place after suffering from a blood infection and increased seizure activity. When Donald arrived he was very weak and was suffering from memory loss. Donald regained his strength with physical therapy and his memory is improving daily. Donald said, " I was treated well, very well and absolutely no complaints." That's what we like to hear Donald. Congratulations on getting well and returning home. That's our goal here at Providence Place.
